Let's get one thing perfectly clear. Brewtus' bikes do NOT run crappy, at any altitude, no matter how many Tecates are sacrificed "for the cause".

Technically that's a brainfart.

There are, but they are all just.....well, you know.

Wound up taking OJ instead of NMTB's 315. It had not been run in a while, it makes a better "workhorse", and it has a sidestand! Ran parts of the loop trail with it, but no sections.

Hammer did encounter another bear up there. Pics to follow.....

Hammer and the bear

Yup, Hammer ran into yet another bear!

This time, Hammer was not gonna be intimidated by some dusty 'ol bear -

And Hammer attacked!!

Too bad it was all for naught.

And before anyone asks, yes we did manage to get some work done before taking goof pics with a plastic bow-hunting target bear.

Ah. Good to know that, unlike the brainfart, the "Boosheet" is intentional.

LOVE the bear (fighting) pics!

cheers

tillejacques, glad we didn't have tools enough to fix your problem. Never thought about the choke!
At the youth nationals, a little sherco 50, would not start. Tools were coming out adjusting everything, till the 6 year old walked up and put the tether kill switch on, fired up immediately.

Sipapu camping reserved for nationals. Looking forward to it and if there's anything i can do to help out I'm planning on being there thurs. night and would be more than willing to volunteer my time for whatever loose ends there may or may not be........

Also any New Mexicans bringing bikes other than trials bikes? I'm planning on bringing both(trials and dirt) and would love to hook up with someone to do some trail riding. I understand most of you are probably there for volunteering and/or trials only; I'm just thinking out loud.......Can't wait!!

That is awesome Blake! I would love to do some trail riding but I have to see what kind of work needs to be done first. I am sure that there will be some so I will probably only bring the trialer. We can run a rocky trail or two with them if we have time.
See you there!! We'll be in the lower campground SW of the pond.

Sounds good! I figure most of you guys will be busy, throughout the day, with the event. I'm bringing both bikes just in case I get excited. Most importantly; I'm looking forward to an amazing up and coming weekend. See ya there

We also have our reservations at Sipapu, did not get in the full hook up area but close. I can hardly wait. We will be showing up around noon on Thursday, so if you NM guys need any help I am willing.

I did notice 5-6 of the Tx. guys and gal that I know are preregistered. It is going to be a fun time.

All I could think is I wish I had my Gas Gas here, I blame you guys!

A good friend will take you trail riding, an ADV friend will double back and say, "how did you get down there?"
