The Chinese news media reported on this as a Fuujin Attack helicopter AT-C97-08 New Japanese Self-Defense helicopter…

...but it was fictional art created by Ridwan Chandra Choa, a digital artist who previously worked at Lucasfilm Animation in Singapore.
