As far as the scrambler thing, Mert Lawwill makes a "street tracker" but it's pricey. http://www.mertlawwill.com/news.htm

Supertrapp makes 2-2 high pipes, and Storz makes body kits. Add a pair of long shocks, and some knobbies, and there ya go.
