Made a seat for my Versys

Well, cut some foam and put in on the stock pan anyway. Couldn't take it anymore and after rebuilding a seat for another Versys owner I decided to shape one to match my butt. Feels comfy enough but I have a ride south next week and a couple 500 klm days will tell the full story. Here are some pictures from start to finish with a shot of the only tools used minus my staple gun and a razor.

Full price was $20 for the car seat cover and another $20 for a 6'x6' sheet of foam. Oh yeah, another $4.45 for the comfort foam top layer. Cheers.

Nice work! Thinking about doing a similar thing with my F650 seat.

Thanks, not too hard at all. Give it a shot, what's the worse that could happen, you'd have to put the factory seat back on?

Thank you so much GA. That's a decent deal on that gun. Might have to pick one up this week. My electric is getting tired and it would be nice not to have to push down. You are right though, the stapling is the most fun.
