Takasago rims for heavier bikes....?

I am building some off-road wheels for my 900 elefant (200kg (ish)) and have spent some fair amount of time surfing for a rim sizes and suppliers, at one point I came across a website featuring RK/Takasago rims and it described Takasago's new process for creating the A60 rim which is 30% lighter for the same strength. Many sites feature / sell the A60 but this particular site also talked about Takasago using the same technology to produce a rim which was 30% Stronger for the same weight designed for heavier bikes. This seemed like the right kind of rim for my job. Unfortunately I have been thus far unable to find my way back to that site or find any other reference to the stronger Takasago rims.

Does anyone have any insight ? Come across those rims before ?

Cheers,
P
