Boys the KLR is a solid performer. It is not the very best in any category, but it is one of the tops in an "all everything" bike.

I had some suspension work done and only hit the skid plate a couple of times.

And....I took it places very few KLR's have gone and it performed.

The next guy to down-talk the KLR.....show up and ride with me.

This was not Mosquito Pass. This was an obscure trail between Gypsum, CO and Meeker, CO (Coffee Pot Road) ....next to Flat Tops Wilderness. It was an amazing riding and darn challenging. This little bit found 6 bikes on their sides.

What and Awesome ride!
Here are a few memorable moments.

Helping a brother out

A secret that few mechanics know.

Water can be down right fun!

Or it can be a "Kodak Moment"

Sorry about the error in location, what I do remember is that this was likely the most challenging riding of the entire 6-days. The views of the Flat Top Wilderness were well worth the effort!

Wild Bill, aka Dawgtracker, Let me publicly thank you again for being the only rider who could stop laughing sufficiently to assist me from getting out from under my bike as I laid there pinned to the bottom...with the tide rising...and using my camel back drinking tube as a snorkel........thanks Brother.

Some people will do anything to get into a photo

I distinctly remember that moment when you came to provide me sage tutelage. I believe your exact words were "Don't fall in the water"..... So, let me thank you for that again!!
