thank you for building such a wonderful outfit.

The rear wheel is a 15"x4" spacesaver spare. that came with some cars, I may have changed the center offset a bit. S/c hub is a trailer hub.

OM, yes i made the forks.

my next low budget project. the plan is to turn this honda gas tank in to a seat pan/cowl. its going to need a lot of love and time.

I showed this thread to the Dude this evening and he couldn't stop drooling. We're looking into making him one and I think this rig has made up his mind on what base bike he wants to use.

That front end is beefy!! I love those large tires, that is one sweet setup!! Subscribed for future updates.

^^ that is awesome, i'm glad that this bike can spark some inspiration. i also noticed that you are located in Hanford. i was born and raised in porterville and i head home every now and then, i would be happy to meet up so you guys can get a first hand look at the rig.

i lucked out last friday, i picked a pair of tanks to play with. im still playing with $0 out of my pocket. i will be using the blue tank. its in much better condition to work with. i also picked up some foam. i hope to have some progress on the seat man tomorrow.

boxer metal fender eliminator kit and license plate mount. the rear tire was making contact with the fender when the suspension cycled. also had a new tire installed.

then headed off on tirp number 7. 275 miles

9/13 9/14/13

went up to the central valley BMW ralley in Quincy.

chris filling up his ride.

had such a great tirp.

BMW biker scum pit crew, help fixing a broke bike. the plan was to go on a ride and but the the rotter in the red GS took a shit. we made Graeagle which is 26 miles away from Quincy. Graeagle has great people but did not the greatest selection of services. we had to go back to Quincy to get the battery in the red gs charged up and pick up a rotter. so for 75 mile i had a monkey in my car.

Oh, absolutely, when you lug all this weight around an upgrade is looong overdue.

p.s. The idea to recycle an old tank for a seat cowl is brilliant!
