Kaijb-Very interested this, any chance of getting it with a solid front so I can cut it to size and install a light of my choice?

Funny thing is it's rated at 21000 LUX, where the one I have in HID is 27000LUX. Wonder if that is with a 55w or 35w HID.

Power draw is 42 W so it would be a 35W HID. Quality 55's are pretty rare and expensive. (Philips).
I'd be interested in hearing what you think of it compared to your 8" light. I was honestly not impressed with that 3 light setup. I think its hard to overlook the 8" reflector, it seems to really throw light well.

I dont think i'd give up my 8" light for a smaller one. I would be interested in maybe moving to a 100w halogen in my light though.

I have yet to get flashed by anyone running my light, and I run it pretty high. My buddy and I were following my dad last weekend, buddy has a 35w HID in a normal small rectangle reflector, dad said my light was at least twice as bright as the other one.

Same here just back from 1,200 + miles never puled out the tool kit.
5 days of some fairly challenging riding, the bike was still going strong , me not so strong at day 5.
