Oh I'm not saying it isn't in good condition, just saying the price is high. I bought one in the same condition for 2100. It too still had the choke sticker on it with a bash plate that looks like new. The bike looks great on CL, but it just seems a tad high to me..this is what I picked up for 2100:

Just saw these pop up in ATL. If I wasn't over there buying a car yesterday, I probably would have hauled one of these off in my Jeep. Both are from the same seller. No affiliation.

GasGas TXT270 for $1900

Sherco for $2400

1975 RL250. Looks pretty clean at $1500. I would be interested in it if I weren't pinching my pennies for the new 1200GSA coming out in 14.

Not surprised at all. That looked like it was in pretty good shape and it ran too. Pretty hard to beat for 300 bucks. Hell, I see shit that I wouldn't take if it was given away* for twice that.

*lying, there is always room in the garage for free bikes.

Congrats, sting, on selling your Goldie.

It ain't a craigslist link, because no one would know what it is, so I'm posting my 'works' Fantic in the flea market section of this this web site, as soon as the 40 or so MB of pix and video upload to Smugmug and I write it up....

2013 Beta 300 SS in Raleigh, NC

Guys and gals, This is my bike. Ad tells the story. Life happens and I need to take advantage of this business opportunity. Will also be posting some Sidi Trial Zeros and the 300 SS in the Trials Flea Market. By far the nicest bike I've ever ridden.

http://raleigh.craigslist.org/mcy/4152646521.html

Thanks for looking.
