KTM Freeride or other trail bike

Guys
I am keeping my KTM950Adv but I want to add a smaller trail bike to ride with my (very) young kids. So I was originally going to get an easy to ride Honda CRF230F but read somewhere that a KTM Freeride is a better option if you can get it lowered?

I am 5'6" tall and when playing around with my 5yr old on a trail I don't want to have to climb on and off a bike with a 36" saddle like almost every MX or Trail bike aside from the CRF230F and the Yami TT-R230 which have 34" seats. I lowered my 2005 KTM950Adv by 1.5" which is perfect for me giving it a 31-32" seat which is closer to the 2005.5+ bikes.

I know this isn't a MX forum, but do you guys have a thought on a play-around trail bike for an older guy who just wants to ride dirt with his little boys? No Arenacross in my future.

Thanks for the help.

Check out Motopeds.com That little bike looks like it would work for fooling around with the kids.

Honda Grom

Check out the new Honda Grom. I'm seriously thinking about getting one and putting on some knobbies. Looks like it would be a fun DS bike.
