Nope. The Red Bike lost rear traction then stepped out then back into a high-side.

It just goes to show how quickly things can "go sideways"

Seriously, never, ever, ever try to cross a flooded road. It's quite possible that the road will be eroded away and get seriously deep, seriously quickly.

It's one of the "real-world" lessons my folks taught me. They were old-school, raised on a farm in the Midwest.

I can, however understand the attraction -- really, how hard could this be, it's just *water*.

Yep, when he started across the water I was wondering when he would fall in a hole and get pinned... and then it almost happened! I've walked across a road that had about 6" of water going across it. It was hard to maintain footing even with that little.
