Yessir. My first build from plans, and my first large build. Still I'm pretty impressed with how well it flies and how decently it came out. Our club had a "weekend" WWI fly in that ran from Tuesday to today. Lots of chances to mix it up with Pups, the occasional Neuiport and one Camel. Like a mini Rheinbeck, but we get away with a lot more....

(only joking of course. I wish I had the patience it took to learn RC airplanes. It would make up for the fact that government isn't letting me fly the real ones. Very cool set up. Is that you?)

On a WoTs related note...I think I am going to like this bad boy.

Do we all remember the Ram that doesn't seem to like bikers?

Well, apparently he is back, and now he has a GoPro of his own.

The T29 popped over the ridge and I shot him from about 40 yards for about 80% hp then rammed him for another 3% , kept pushin him into the edge of the map waitin for my 2 week reload. He shot twice for NO damage, I think his barrel was sticking out the back end of my Frog SPG, went green and KKAABOOOOM took him to Valhalla wit me

So, I went for a nice long ride today on the old girl.

It confirmed two things for me.

1) I absolutely love this bike. Not the model (although it is a great mid-weight sport bike) but I have an emotional attachment to this hunk of metal. Of course, it is more to do with all the things we've done together, and the life events I've worked out while sitting on top of it, than it has to do with the machine itself. Either way I gave her a big hug as I walked awy.

2) It is time to move on. I just don't do her justice anymore. I purchased her when I was still pretty new to riding (not my first bike) and I hadn't really figured out what I wanted out of riding. I figured, "It is sexy, it goes fast, it must be fun". All of that is true, but it's time for a change.

The combination of those two things has meant that she is officially for sale.

Are you talking about your Indien Panzer or your Triumph?

Like a few of you, I went elsewhere for fun this weekend.

I love my bike, but I really wish I lived closer to where I am having a good time riding. 60 miles of pushing the single cylinder bike from 75 to 85 MPH on the way out, 80 to 90 mph on the way back home (traffic sped up).

Only to find that of the videos I took, the camera stopped recording after anywhere from 6 seconds to 17 seconds. Salvagable: six seconds worth, some of it sideways when I dropped the camera.

Meh, I had a real good time.

Well Captain Ho Lee Fuk, have you got outside this week?

I played for like an hour and made it about half way through Tier 2 in the Americans.

There is a reason I spent 11 years in the immigration system getting a US green card... and once I did I moved here

...and I can be on dirt less than 2 minutes from pulling out of the driveway
I do 30 mph on the paved roads and I don't hit 70 until AFTER I'm on the dirt
