I'm still relatively new to the multi-day trips & as such haven't gotten the smaller, better suited for motorcycle items. I'm still using a regular size tent, sleeping bag, camp chair, etc. So yeah, the camping pics look over loaded, but the bike still handled like a dream so I'm not ashamed.

This was my first multi-day trip to the Reno Air Races back in 2010. We stayed in a hotel, so it was pretty light.

It was a year later before I took my next trip. This time I went to Seattle for work. Stayed in a hotel for this trip too.

Last year, I finally decided to see how the Daytona 675 would be on a long trip. This was also to Seattle for work & staying in a hotel. I was really surprised to find out that she was quite comfortable on high mileage days.

This year changed me. I took two trips this year & caught the long trip bug. I'm addicted now. Unfortunately I had broken my Daytona pretty badly before the first trip (bent valves) & I had to take the old bike both times this year. It was good. We were able to rekindle our relationship.

This was to Eastern Oregon, Idaho & then Washington for Rally in the Gorge. This time we're camping, so there's quite a bit strapped to the bike.

My last trip was about a month ago, down to Northern California. We camped for this one too.

Here's my sexy beast on our first solo trip. Luggage is just some stuff I had laying around, but it held up well. The sleeping bag made a nice ass pad when I had to stand on the pegs!

Here's my old Aprilia Mana packed up for a 10-day trip to the SE. Dry bag full of clothes and my Kermit chair strapped to the back seat, camping gear in the topbox, and tools, food, and assorted sundry items in the side bags.

And, here's my current ride, set up for a 5-day trip up north. I can pack a lot more on the RT utilizing the built-in storage as well as using a larger top box (52L on the RT vs. the 46L on the Mana). The only thing not in enclosed storage on the RT is my Kermit chair and an extra pair of shoes.
