Finally installed and tested my just resprung, revalved and upgraded to 245mm suspension.

Just a short ride so far but seems well worth the investment.

Thanks to Alex at Konflict Motorsport.

Enjoyed the sun on this beautyful day. Looking forward to my daughter is old enough to small trips on the bike.

Just did an 6 hours enduro event on my new 2013 350 SXF which i´ve done enduro ready. I managed 2nd in the 6 hours class.
An rare pic of me looking badass...

Looks like you need a new centerstand. Easy to get it up there though, eh?

Sidestand is a problem right now as bike sits at almost 45deg. I'll make an adjustable extension welding on some threaded rod+nut.

At least it's easy to put on the center stand but chain lubing and tire changing needs a piece of lumber. I don't know what to do with it yet, the budget all went in the suspenders.

As, of course, it should have! You'll figure it out...

Just commuted to work and back home.
The lock showed from Touratech so last night I stuck the top box on. Now, I can lock up more gear! Like that helmet.

Fat guy on a big bike. The top box is almost over my head when the bike is on the centerstand.

Those are the summer weight Sidi Crossfires. I'm beta testing them. I can't get the bike on the centerstand using them like I could the 1150 Adventure.
The parts for my side stand and bash plate arrived from CJ Designs tonight.
Now, I need to go buy a new T-45 since the cheapie from Pep Boys shattered the last time I used it.

Can't tell from this pic, but what windscreen are you using?

Finally! A weekend project that took over three weeks....

New bars with enough control space for all the nav stuff for TSD rally.
Custom Dash to hold all the nav/timing gear for TSD rally-ugly but functional and strong.
HDB guards with mirrors and top clamp for switchgear and power socket.
Wiring for all of the above.
CPR intake, snap out, and doghouse, with slight mods to fuzeblock in dash to fit.
Oil change.
New fuel filters. The old ones didn't look terrible, but at 17,000 miles it seemed like time. I used the fuel filters from Gefr with no issues.
New breather hose for the safaris.
Added basic programmable speedo/computer/voltmeter at eyeline next to the endure computer so the speedo will match the TSD calcs.

Yeah, if I didn't come to work in the dark, go home in the dark, and ride the bike in the dark....

Soon.

Hello neighbour

That would be 17/17 Marchessini from the SD, with CJ´s brake disc converter. Running with 1 320mm disc front and standard rear. Standard caliper with an converter for 320mm from ebay.

The bike came with the "Touring screen".
I think it may be a bit too big for me. I'm thinking I'm going to try a stocker.

Wings Basil, Wings!

Got a 2-into-1 as part of a swap with spencergt66.

Pretty easy to mount. Hit the Y-pipe with some rustoleum hoping it will keep some rust off.

I had some header wrap laying around and I was bored waiting for the parts so I decided to have some fun. I hope this will help keep temperatures down when commuting in the Summer. I'll install a second radiator fan come Spring as well.

Got an Adventure Tank as well, that goes on tomorrow.
