Now I have to see how to get the Pic in.
I guess that I am 2 "OLD" for doing this but 2 young 2 have the permission yet.

don't find the "Attachment" Buton
1) Upload the pics to a hosting site -- many of us use www.smugmug.com, but Picasa and lots others work also.

2) Once uploaded, each picture will have a unique address. Copy that address (look for a 'share' button).

3) Click on the button above that looks kind of like a mountain, paste the link.

4) your picture (s) will magically appear here.

Here's the official more detailed version of how: http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=919

Last winter. Too many projects going on and not enough room.

THIS is why I just contracted a new 30 x 42 x 14 shop to go in my back yard!

Mr.JAJA and Jim,
what flooring are you guys using and how is it holding up?

I want to do a checkered pattern in a single garage approx 9x18 floor. Considering Swisstrax which is similar to racedeck, but there is distributer an hr away, and estimates about 700 bucks.

Thoughts... Thanks.

I am using VCT, but were I to do it again I would use Porcelain. You can read all about flooring here: http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/f...splay.php?f=20

Cost isn't much more, zero maintenance, and MUCH more durable. PEI4-5 can take a set of jackstands on a 5000 pound vehicle with not a scratch.

VCT is pretty easy to install, but it requires stripping and sealing yearly.

Thanks for that.. I'm almost convinced not to use plastic decking as a lot mentioned in that garage forum. I can do a tile floor much cheaper. Which brings me the question.. what about marble or slate vs porcelain. ?..

Marble and slate look great, but lack the durability for any garage use more than a parking garage.
