Tearing it up at the Pine Barrens 300 this past weekend in New Jersey. I was the only hack there out of 100 riders.

Is your dog really that smart to duck during the splashing water crossings or was it sleeping through the smooth stuff ?

Old dog, no new tricks. She will barely ride in the truck let alone get near a motor-sickle. It was a truly a great ride. It wasn't a race, but if I were racing, that 3rd wheel would make a huge difference. She would fishtail like mad and powerslide through some deep sand left handers. Usually on the off camber rocky trails of VA/WVA everybody waits for me. In the deep sand of NJ it was the other way around. I also had to stop many times to help lift dropped bikes. And, nothing like roosting a bogged down 1200GS with my kawasaki rat-rig.

This is my. 1985 Honda CB650SC "Night-HACK" it was wife's 1st bike, after returning from our Nova Scotia trip she decided to upgrade to a Versys and instead of selling the honda we hacked it! The body was a snowmobile trailer for pulling your kids. I cut the skis off, flipped one of the leafs over and bolted it to the rear axle of an 83 VW pickup. Used threaded aluminum links with hemispherical rod ends to connect the dots. I am quite pleased with the ride she tracks perfectly straight and corners are a hoot! Next thing is to mod the steering to reduce effort enough for my wife (who still holds the title) to be able to ride it. Big thanks to the contributors of this forum without whom I wouldn't have had a clue how to set up the geometry.
