What year is your multi? No never heard of weather, do tell me about this "winter" everybody keeps talking about. Yes please tell me mileage of street bikes too.

I have covered just under 25000 miles in about 21 months. Unfortunately snow and cold and snow has halted my riding. -2* yesterday morning, riding seasons feels so far away

+1. I have one that I bought for my 749 track bike. It is a little fiddly to adjust the first time, but after that, it is pretty simple to used and rock solid. Never had and issue with it even on uneven ground at the track. Even a weakling like me can get the bike up with hardly any effort.

Until I read this post, I didn't know they make a kit for my MTS12, so I'm looking forward to buying the parts that will enable me to get the beast up in the air.

I know this is a global site & weird nobody in the freaking whole world has high mileage on a multi??? I know Harley Davidsons are used as a punch line for many jokes but @ least some of their owners ride the damn things. Guys put hundreds of thousands of miles on em.... Again someone please prove me wrong!!!
I have about 35000 miles on my 2010. I haven't ridden it much in the last year as I have other bikes and my last long trip was a dual sport ride last summer on the wr250. Currently the bike is stored for the winter. I'll put some more miles on when the weather warms - already have plans to ride to austin for moto gp. Its been a great bike.

Good job. I'll be @ moto gp in Austin in April too. I'm excited.

bone stock, I can't imagine putting a performance exhaust (ie louder) on a bike I'm going to ride long long distances.

Stock for now, planning to get a mivv ghibli when the wife allows it. Far as I can tell, the ghibli is the only exhaust that doesn't have to come off in order to remove the rear wheel.

Full Termi here

I find it fine on long rides with the DB killer in, but that has more to do with proper ear protection.

Riding is a more visceral and connected experience with the full Termi

QD with db killers in. It is a very reasonable noise level.

My '12 came with the full Termi installed, but the PO also gave me the stock exhaust. I'm actually thinking of switching back to the stock.
I love the Termi sound, but the fueling is spotty with the db killer in, so I removed it and the bike is not really 7am neighborhood friendly in that mode.
I figure I could then sell the Termi set up to an inmate and buy me some other nice goodies to go on the bike, like panniers, aux lights etc.
