The general idea is to move the tag from it's current location. What's the sudden hang-up with moving it to Florida?

Those riders within 600 miles of Tampa can reply with a corresponding letter excuse for not making a dash for Cosmo.

A: I'm rearranging my ties and or sock drawer.
B: I might get wet out there in the world
C: Florida's warm weather is not conducive to impressive ride reports
D: I have a job. (Please report how much sick and vacation time you have in the bank)
E: I have a wife who calls the shots and this ride is not one of them.
F: I just like reading the NA-TOR thread and whinning about personally unsatisfying drops and insignificant rule violations
G: I am waiting for Cosmo to be delivered to within 50 miles of my couch.
H: other. (Please elaborate)

I'm just killing time. :)

BTW I started a thread in the Florida Regional section.

Patrick, am I correct in remembering that you were drawn into this through a NW regional anouncement?

Who said anything about moving it to Florida?

For the record, my wife would let me go in a heartbeat. However, my job will not. I'm pretty much limited to about a 800 mile roundtrip range. The 1218 that separates me from Cosmo is a bit much for a one-day run.

Sent from the voices in my head and transcribed by their drinking buddy...

Cosmo has been rescued from suburban hell

After a fine morning at the annual Alafia Rendezvous, Sanjoh & yours truly rode over to the greater Tampa area with the intention of moving Cosmo
to a spot more deserving of his status as an ADVenture rider.

Several miles of urban sprawl led us to a nondescript Marathon gas station near the Selmon Expressway.

I wandered out to the drop zone past the homeless guy living in the swamp behind the station and found Cosmo none the worse for wear.

We swept him up, gave him a comfortable seat in Sanjoh's Givi top box and headed back east.

On the way, I stopped at the Bhuddhist Temple to officially tag the place.

Tomorrow Cosmo will get a new home, hopefully very temporary. As long as the weather sucks just about everywhere except here,
us flatistan inmates should be able to give Cosmo a tour of Florida with sights more than what most tourists see careening down the interstates.
