I'm seriously considering either the Corbin or the russel day long, mostly because they are in CA and offer custom fitting.

The Corbin will allow you to slide bck and forth and is a much firmer seat IMHO, but the Russell Day Long is a TOP NOTCH seat by far but it restricts your movement as to if you want to sit further back etc.......but it seriously is the benchmark imho. I have a Corbin copy which incorporates some of the day long into it......I made it and it is easy .....to do.....search out seat construction or however you would describe it....there are many threads here or more likely elsewhere to see how easy it is. BUT, if you have the bucks to spend freely, I would probably get them to custom make a seat exactly how you want it.

Willis,
I think you are spot on in your assessment of those 2 seats. I think the RDL is ugly, but more functional. They say you get used to sliding forward out of the pocket to let your feet down. Would like to see one in person before I make an appointment and drive up there. Anyway, I have time. Still screwing off.

well,
can't figure out how to show a video. it uploads to smugmugg, and the preview page looks good, but the end result is it doesn't display properly.

OK. that looks like embedding from you tube. I want to embed a video from smugmugg that has already successfully uploaded to an album. is that different?

There are SmugMug examples in the thread as well.

Just remember to use the Video Embed SMALL copy link.

Did you ever have a look at Photobucket? I've never used smugmugg but in Photobucket you just copy the link and paste. Might be a little less technical then smugmugg idk?

My understanding is that the smugmug creator sponsors this forum, so I want to support him.

Question

and I just tried copying a link from embeddable video on smugmug, I selected the small choice, and tested it elsewhere. still no luck. I can play the video in smugmug with no problem so I know it's there and working.

An indication that you should be going to Mexico and spending less time on the computer.

Can you post a link to the gallery it's in?

First though, make sure the gallery is public and viewable by others.
