Nice caliper mod - be intersting to see if the pistons still work good - hope it ain't distorted after the welding

Luckily the piston part is totally removable and was not connected when welding, just the bracket ;)

Finally got back to working on this beast.
Got the rear fender welded up:

That metal is amazingly thin!

And tacked in place:


Also wrapped the exhaust


Plan is to keep chipping away at it and get it finished soon as its riding season
