Same old, same old. Didn't really notice all that much difference this year than from the last time I went two years ago. Since moving to the Convention Center it has not been near as much a vendor show as it was before, but if you really need to spend money at a motorcycle show go up to Vancouver. The upcoming Euromoto in Lynnwood show will gladly empty your wallet as well, but even there the deals are an illusion - save the sales tax at best on a jacked up priced item.
If you don't like my sig line - don't read it.

I got a better experience watching the kawasaki and suzuki semi trucks heading south today somewhere around Sutherlin OR.
Nothing sweeter than sweating out a massive hangover while slowly trying to birth a recycled steak in a well used 130* Honey Bucket, I always say. 'DARWOOF'

Thank you everyone

...For re-affirming my decision not to go.
I took the dogs out, instead. We had fun.

Hayviator, you hit the nail on the head, didn't miss a thing and verbalized what I was thinking when I walked around. The lack of smaller focused, local and specialist suppliers was dreary and depressing.

And lordy, are we a fat bunch.

Was Sooooo disappointed. Brought cash looking to buy and didn't get a damned thing. I did eye the No-Mar tire changer and mentioned to the wife that I needed one... her response was that cute girly prolly wouldn't work for free.

That's funny. My wife digs up a few good ones occasionally.
"Dad, can I get a motorcycle when I grow up?"
"Son, you can't do both"
