Hm, that's interesting. I have to wonder just how practical - I can see that thing being a bit top-heavy, etc. Which makes me think it's a bit of a gag?

Stable at 60 mph you say????

I couldn't find out much about it. I wish I could read the name across the front.

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved. Hell, some of the places Iíve been there werenít even roads!

Thanks guys
Sorry no plans, I built this trailer 16 years ago to haul my kayaks to the beach, this year I decided to rebuild it to be more useful for camping.
Here's a link to the rebuild.

That trailer is great! I would love something like that. Did you build it wide enough that you could fit 3 bikes in there?

Link was down, but i gotta say i LOVE my apache, its a 1976 and the smallest model. We lived out of it for 6 days a couple weeks ago in new mexico. Its super easy to tow, weighs very little and expands to a decent size. We have used it a whole bunch in the year or so that i have had it and certain mechanical components are starting to show age, but all said and done you cant do it much cheaper or with better mpg!

Thank you, yes the trailer is 5' by 8' inside the rails.

Years ago we had the larger RAMADA model, and absolutely loved it. I regretted selling it as soon as I did.

There's lots of internet help on the maintenance and repair of these trailers.
