I should have done this first thing when I bought the bike.

Great work Alex
Yes, I had the same thoughts after having my suspension set up for ME.

Why wait until you are half way through ownership of a bike to make an investment that transforms your ride?!

Do it right away and realize the full potential of your bike and your money.

Alex

I've read nothing but stellar reviews about your products and services. I've got a 13 f8gs I'd like to get your cartridges for. I'd really like to pay up front, and possibly ride up there and have them done at your shop.

Feasible?
Thanks.

No PM plz, I'd like the info in the thread in case anyone else has the same question I do.

I'm waiting a few days to add to this thread once I get a chance to take my 13 F8GS off road to experience this kit fully (Fork valve/spring/hardware & TT shock). Because I commute daily (w/ this Bike) and needed to avoid a few weeks turn around under the normal m.o. (remove gear, send to Wa. for the work, etc.), Alex went above and beyond to make this happen so I did not miss even ONE day of riding. This occurred at the tail end of a Week long Death Valley rally trip. IMHO, It is absolutely a magical transformation for this bike. And speaking of timing, the stock shock blew out in Death Valley the day before I met up with Alex.

Do you have any solutions for the Husqvarna TR650 Terra Forks?

Edarahk,

This is something we can arrange with the proper amount of lead time to setup the appointment. The only issue we have will be the machining of the lower fork lugs, which I will be able to work with my machinist to accommodate a 2 day turn around. We can accommodate lining up a hotel, and reasonable local transportation while the bike is down.
When were you thinking of doing this conversion?
Best regards.

Curious as to what it would cost to get my 08 r1200gs properly suspended. I am 6'1" 240lbs and ride a bit of everything from street unloaded one up, street fully loaded 2 up (rarely though), lots of dirt roads and off road single track when possible. Let me know when you have a chance.

Thanks in advance.

Adv Noobs Death Valley certificate winner

Hello Alex,

Joel asked me to post up on advrider.com to let you know my buddy Charlie Beswick won the generous $500 gift certificate on suspension services this year. What does he need to do to redeem his prize? He lives in Snoqualmie WA and flew in to ride in Death Valley this year. He's excited he won an awesome gift! Thanks for supporting the event!
