Out

Roll Call

I lost my natural gas hot water heater yesterday, and will be finishing the install tonight after work. This one lasted 23 years, so it was time!

Have a great time fellas.

Not sure I'll make it. Too many bikes to fix.

Found in a local barn. Home made motorcycle lift. 8x2 ft top. Powered by a floor jack. Heavy. Owner wants $150 to keep out the riff-raff. Works good if you have a dedicated space.

Unfortunately I think this tuesday just isn't meant to be, I'm stuck home too with some fun stomach "issues" (that sounds more polite). Would love the jack, but just dropped too much dough on the ol' killer last week as is. Will be in Cali all next week so man the ship for me!

So....the above says "Heavy". Does that mean it will lift a heavy bike like a KTM 9X0 Adventure.....$150.......

............Would you put your 9X0 on it?.............

It was rated to lift 800 lbs. It does big bikes easy enough. I'd replace two of the pivot bolts if you were doing that weight all the time.

Thanks for the pub tour.

I'd be using the fork lift to lift the bags of brew mix instead of packing them up those steps.....just sayin'.
But I am fat and you are not.

Howz about a big ol vacuum hose to help rid the mix?

A bud (Ray S.) has a red vet with a blower out the hood.
His ears picked up when he reconized the sound of a street sweeper truck.
Used the same type of blower but pulled vacuum. It sucked instead of blowed.

I really should be working (Monday is first day of spring term)...but it's tempting. There's an outside possibility I'll have enough work done to go....IF you're OK with having a slow guy along that you'll need to lap repeatedly.

I'll email you my cell number in case you want to check in.
