POI's online for Garmin

Several years ago, I had a new (then) Garmin 550 I used on my GS. Somewhere online was a list of just about anything you could come up with, such as a listing of all BMW Dealers, or all Walmart locations, or whatever.

I believe it was called a POI master list or something or another. But you could download whatever you wanted, say all the BMW dealers, then move it to your Garmin device, then while on a road trip, if you needed to find the closest BMW dealer, viola, there it is...
or camping spots, or almost anything there were more than two of...

Anybody know what I'm talking about?? Can't find it now.....

I have collected several POIs over the years for my 550. Here is one source.

There was also a site called poifriend.com which looked promising, then died.

But this site lists similar places for poi files: http://www.moreofit.com/similar-to/w...ike_Poifriend/
