anyone for a spot of planking?

there is some overlap with other videos but the experience riders in our club said it was worth pounding the point home for new riders to move around on the bike more...

the guys insisted the on the usual silliness at the end, the planking looked potentially painful.

Well done B1 and many thanks to all of the riders who take the time to pass along the tips! I've found the videos very helpful and entertaining (and better than most commercially available!). Looking forward to more.

Thanks, Dorian

er, yes it's very likely that is pretty much the same crew involved but on our dirt bike channel. there will be very similar nonsense from a trials perspective in the not too distant future...

latest one. i'm actually slightly less than totally imcompetent in soft sand with the trials bike as i rode in plenty of it with the dirt bikes first.

but i still thought it best to let the young one show how it is done. cheeky sod hops the bike through 180 degrees in very soft dry sand at one point.

Steep climbs... the usual silliness at the end due to none of us taking our medication as usual.

Good stuff B1. But in that last vid, 1:49 is TMI.

i was surprised at how many different ways you can jump a gap, not that i can do any of them yet...

to stop it becoming an incredibly long vid, it just summarises each technique then there are links at the end of the vid to each specific technique needed for more detail.
