Great ride report and photos. You got my vote!

I used to live in Marietta (then Woodstock and Canton, back when they were "country") and really miss living in that area of the U.S. The Smokys are still my favorite place to ride.

I trained several of my dogs over the years to ride. My latest is a 7 lb Mutt I rescued off of the side of the road nearly 2 years ago. I don't trust him to ride unharnessed like Maddie, but it sure would be nice. I wear a front carrier that is a pain in the ass. Your photos remind me I should figure out how to take him on a trip sometime.

The dog needs to look through the turns . J/k that is so cool that your dog can ride up like that. You two obviously had a great time. Thank you for sharing.

Rescue dogs are awesome!
I have two and I do volunteer rescue work at my local shelter and 5 different rescue transports.
I would love to see your front carrier so I can try and find something to use with my dogs.

Great photo journal. You went close to my cabin when you passed the Cedar Cliff Baptist Church sign at West Buffalo and 143.

I'm still stuck in FL but will be there soon. Let me know next time you are there and we can ride.

Top notch daytrip report. Thanks for taking the time and it's nice to see someone under 50 enjoying a scooter.

Thanks for all the positive response, and thank you all for voting for us on us129photos! I'm always a bit leery of posting about me and Maddie riding, we've had a few naysayers scold me in person for having the dog ride, concerns about safety and whatnot. She's having a great time, and I ride carefully with her onboard. Life's not worth living if you can't enjoy it, and I know she enjoys riding even more than I do, so we're always going to keep on riding. :)

We're still way up on votes on us129photos, so I think we'll win for sure. I have no idea how I go about getting my poster for winning though.

I'll update back when we win!

There are risk's in all of life, Maddie wouldn't get on if she didn't love it. My last dog (gone to doggy heaven) loved to ride, my new one has not made up his mind yet, sometimes he wants to go sometimes not. bete.

I just read your report again. 400 miles in one day on a 125cc scooter is amazing

Great dog.

Fantastic report. Dog and scooter. I think you're on to something there.
