Thanks. All I know is, it was in a barn or some sort of building in Saskatchewan for a long long time. A gentleman in British Columbia bought it, had it for a while, then sold it to me. The pic was taken in front of the shed of the guy I bought it from. You can click on my sig line to see my story about it on the AMCA forum.

I guess some Indians were assembled in Canada back in the teens. The parts were made in Springfield Mass., shipped to Ontario I believe, and assembled there. This may be one of them, there is no way to tell as far as I know.

Curvy, thanks for posting those pictures from Dodge City. I considered going, and ended up not. Now I wish I had. Do you know what year that Indian is? I'm guessing around '14 or '15? The reason I ask, it has the stops for the rear stand located a few inches forward of the axle on the swing-arm, like my '16 does. I'm trying to figure out what years that was used. The Museum in Anamosa, IA has a '13 that's configured that way, and a '15 that is not. Seems to be a mystery.

Here's a picture of the '13 at Anamosa. Sorry for the poor quality.

I'm told this is a "daily rider" that is going into the shop for some needed repairs.

When H-D made cool singles. OHV ,good, power, still lost out in the market place to the twins.

Notice the tag on the far left of the info plate. This , to me, was the most impressive part of H-D's museum. Fully 75% of the bikes on display are un-restored.

..1972 H-D FX superglide..

..
after Willy g did the disastrous design of the '71 H-D superglide, merging
a FLH with a sportster front end, He had created the "boat tail". Late '72
the motor company had a clue, followed what the bikers were already doing
and replaced the fiberglass rear with a sportster rear fender. I installed my
own "anti thief" devise. A stock, still available at you local dealer, tank shift.
included is an H-D rocker clutch as well. have rode this machine for many
moons with no problems not fixable on the side of the road with a rock.
Same machine ADV extraordinaire Dave Barr rode around the world as well.

The R32

Here's Vech firing up his R32 at the 2014 Open House. It took more than one kick...
