Yes I really like it in titanium.

If you mean the shield in the pipe it comes from ACD. The same people that build the sump guard for my Super Tenere.

Shield have close to zero function :) its shielding thick steel pipe.
Got the same exhaust (titanium/carbon akrap), nice mounting plate btw (its custom I assume). For me its yet to find possibitities for second clamp (got it home, but im lazy for mounting it now).

Have you changed springs in the fork from YZ?
What about rear suspension have you checked OTR? Is it 240, is that max?

The shield does have a function: it prevent to burn the straps of my Giant Loop saddlebag.

I add a second clamp as the OTR system is in the end of the exhaust. Two look stronger.

Yes my dealer put the sharder springs he can find.

No I didn't check the rear suspension from OTR, I am too busy this days

steel gets hot pretty fast, i can hardly imagine it has any heat shield capability :-O

im getting done, I have checked OTR about rear suspension, but these days they can hardly answer easy installation and delivery questions. Thorsten from then states actually ohlisn is having 15-20mm less travel than stock shock. But that makes zero sense bcs spring is 5 cm longer on ohlins. god knows
they forgot to setup my front fork as well so travel is random 26-31.5, lets guess.

My build is almost finish, see :)

I know but because the shield is a bit separate from the pipe it reduce the temperature enough to not to burn the strapes.

I don't understand the shock thing...

Your bike looks great!!... except the seat..
I hate the two levels in it

seat height on mine is 97cm, would be 100cm with standard one.

Yes, they are the OEM luggage racks, no problem to be removed (just two bolts)

This is the weigh aprox.

- 199,8 kg full
- 181,6 kg empty

Here it is how I did it: http://traildreamer.com/en/peso-de-l...-traildreamer/

You can find my stickers here: http://www.motosausio.com/ecommerce/...0-Traildreamer

This is the factory that produce them: http://www.uniracing.es/en/

Yes they take custom orders. Call Alex: alex@uniracing.es

They are very thick and protect the paint incredibly well. I am very pleased with them.

Thank you! I've emailed Alex.

I've been trying to find that video you had when Uniracing was placing the adhesives on your bike, but I've been unable to find it. Do you know where I can find it?
