Columbia employee store pass?

The wife and I are heading down to PDX for a few days and would like to hit up the employee store. Any locals here got the inside line on how to get a pass? Thanks.

You have to be an employee or know an employee that can give you a pass. I've gotten one from a customer of mine that works there.
With the exception of special promotions from Columbia, from time to time they are available if you buy a gift card of $50 or more. Random though.
Much better off shopping with it online than going to the store if you are able to get one.
More Mountain Hardware selection.

My daughter used to work with Columbia and gave us employee store passes. Prices were good, but the selection really sucked. Very little variety. Just sayin...

Us military folks get them all the time, but to be honest I really don't see a huge discount as opposed to looking online for a deal. Perhaps I'm wrong about that, but the stuff is still super expensive and I'm a cheap bastard when it comes to name brand clothing. I prefer to spend my money on my mc's and classic cars.
I also get passes for the Nike store and Addidas. Too bad I don't buy clothing- I just ride naked!

My wife works for them. You could use my name, but then you need an ID. They check it at the door.
