Bought my Symba in late April. Been in a happier mood since
Pic taken the day I brung it home. I had taken measurements of the inside of my wife's Rendezvous and since I didn't have any measurements for a Symba I used measurements from a Honda SuperCub 110 which turned out to be very close. Let's just say it was a tight fit:

It's a bit further away for you now, but it's not out of reach. Next time I'll go from Maine to Nova Scotia first, then Newfoundland and over to Labrador. That way you get to ride the toughest part of TLH first :)

I've been in Churchill Falls all summer which explains why the motor is still out of my SR70, oh yeah and most of it's paved now too

ValdM, that picture of the TLH, reminds me of the Queen's Highway that ran across Newfoundland, prior to it being reshaped into the Trans-Canada Highway.

I have many fond memories of living in Stephenville, NFLD as a Grade 8-9 lad. My father was in the USAF and was stationed at Ernest Harmon AFB in Stephenville. We drove up from South Georgia and took the William Carson from North Sidney to Port aux Basques.

I returned once many years later to find the TCH paved all the way across to St. John's.

I would like to return once more on a motobike trip...perhaps next year.

They are going to eventually pave the Trans Labrador, maybe even rename it to Taiga to Tundra Highway as I proposed :). It will still be an awesome ride if not as much of an adventure, especially if they connect it in the South to Quebec so one can make a full loop. I'm going back as soon as thay do that, maybe even sooner.

Very nice area indeed. I loved the ride to Cape St. George and the view ip there.

If I may suggest, take the ferry from Portland, Maine to yarmouth Nova Scotia and ride the Lighthouse Trail and then Cabot Trail before you cross to NL. Unforgettable scenery and very entertaining roads.

We are hijacking this fine thread, so here's another picture to make up for it. Crossing the 51st North of Manic Cinq hydroelectric station in Quebec:

I've driven the Cabot trail and actually skateboarded down sections of it. I'm planning a trip out the next spring hopefully on a new scoot. Mucho excited to visit the beautiful east coast of Canada again.

I saw this at the LeMay Vintage Show yesterday, and thought you guys might find it interesting:

Even not being a scooter guy, I think it is pretty cool.

Awesome to see so many scooter pics on here. Currently this is my only ride. I sold my last motorcycle earlier in the year with plans to buy a new Street Bob.... but I have recently been looking at Adventure bikes and my buddy is convinced that needs to be our next purchase. So now I'm in the process of doing a bunch of research and trying to figure out which one I want to get (can afford). until then I'll be zipping around on this little Stella.
