Aerostich Pop-Up sale starts today in Milwaukie

Just a reminder that the Aerostich pop-up sale runs August 7-10 in Milwaukie, Oregon. Should be a good opportunity for us to touch, feel, smell, and try on the gear we normally can only see in a catalog!

Do they actually sell stuff there, or is just to try stuff on to see what fits then you place an order? There's lots of goddies in their catalog I'd like to pickup, but all the pictures of the pop-up even seems to be more racks of suits to try on.

Somebody report back.

Not much from the catalog, they seem to have multiples of a few items; gloves, Mr Happys, scarves...
It seems to be a way to get a true size & order without overburdening the shipping department 3x until something fits.

Any promo pricing, or is it all MSRP?

Which pants would be comparable Klim Latitude? I just got a set and they don't fit me well and need to go back today.

Most any of their plants would be similar. Most are Goretex, have some pockets. Some of them have full side zippers which is nice cause you can put them with your boots on. I'd look close at the Dariens (Or A.D.1's). Personally I like the Aerostitch pads a bit better as well. Klim's look "better" though, more adventury if that is what you are looking for.

Both are quality products.

Ya, and it's kind of a cluster f***. It seemed they only had a couple people helping customers size a suit and it was a slow process. I ended up trying on a few different sizes on my own and will order a new jacket now that I know my size.

Glad I went...

Met Andy, nice guy...enjoyed his stories & his passion for motorcycling & how he comes up with the cool stuff in the Aerostich line.
