Newbie looking at a Stella, a few technical questions - Page 2

I could see myself on a neoVespa (aka Stella/Bajaj). How does the 2s Stella stackup against a 4s scoot like the Bajaj? I'm interested in something that can cruise at 50mph and keep up with suburban traffic (35-45) without getting too hot and distressed. I like the retro lines of the Vespa and a real steel scoot. What are the pro's and cons of these two? Also, I understand that Bajaj has discontinued the Chetak?
