Now this is pretty freaking cool!

I have no details on this contraption. Just saw the pic in another forum, and thought the innovation might be appreciated here.

Piaggio? Looks like they chopped it at the floor board, built a frame for the chair. I bet the left rear wheel is a matching one! That is a nice peice of work from what little there is to see. Like to see it up close, wonder if the chair lock in?
