Key Question R100GS-PD'd

1991 R100GS that's been PD-kitted.
My keyworthiness is a mess.

I have an ignition key that fits the PD tank tool box, but I had to replace the ignition switch which I got from Beemerboneyard.
So now I have those 2 keys, one toolbox, one ignition.

I have a 3rd key that appears to fit the seat lock, but it seems buggered, the seat won't lock down so the latch may be shot anyway. Need a lock and key possibly...

I have no key to fit the steering lock at all.
I have no key to fit the gas cap either...

Looking at MAXBMW fische I see the new llocks and "CODED" keys available, but I recall talking to the parts guy there I thought he said somethin about having to buy coded parts over the counter.

What's the procedure? I'd of course like to have one key, I don't really care about the steering lock but it would be nice to have at least a key that fit the ignition that matches the seat lock.

What would you do?..

my seat lock nor fork lock have ever worked.
