Cloudcroft singletrack routes/tracklogs

I'm headed for Cloudcroft and have some printed maps of some of the trails we are thinking of riding. I'm trying to lay them out in Mapsource, but was wondering if anybody has already done that or has some saved tracklogs they'd be willing to share. I guess the main one would be the Rim Trail.

thanks for any help.

Rusty: When you going? Steve and I are going weekend after next ... the 16th/17th. If it is after then, I can shoot you what we get. Hell, just ride with Steve and come join us.

I put a edited file of another persons ride with organized tracks on GPSXchange.com It is "Lincoln Forest". This is copy.

Don't miss Rim Trail! Rode it several times 25 years ago in the National Enduros.

I checked this thread just before I left and didn't see a response. We were there over Memorial day. I wish I had seen your post Tony, but I bet you are already enroute.

I had a minor getoff on the second day, mud on a forest road, and tweaked my shoulder. Fearing that it would hurt more the next day, we went and did the Rim Trail. I rode until I couldn't take it anymore. So the next couple of days were back to fire roads. I hit some more trails the last day we were there. Unfortunately because of the injury I was riding between trailheads to photograph the other riders and so my GPS tracks aren't very useful.

It was a fantastic place to ride though. Check out trails 251 and 250. Also 113 and some of the ones just south of that.

Okay, I added Trails 5007, 5008 and 5601 to your file.

Those were the only trails that I had ridden because I tweaked my shoulder the second day out. Well, actually I rode part of the Rim Trail with the bum shoulder, but that really did me in. The other folks I was with did more trails, but none of them had a gps, so no tracklogs of that. I had a bunch of forest service roads, but you already had most of them in your file.
