Any place to get shorter/custom control cables?
I've got a old Honda CM400. Somewhere long the line a DPO changed the handlebars, and now the cables are too long. Just to add to this, once KL5A Kitten has used it is a first bike for a bit, I plan to "cafe" it, and then the cables will be wayyyyy too long, so now I'm trying to figure out what the heck to do about that. It's seems fairly easy to get longer cables, with the popularity of choppers, but shorters ones?
So what does the rest of the world do in a situation like this?

Or make your own. We do it all the time in the vintage bike world; it's easy and satisfying. Plenty of DIY info on http://www.brit-iron.org/
