Urals on Trans American Trail?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew if anyone has done whole length on the Trans American trail on a Ural.

Thanks,

:)

I doubt it. I haven't found any Uralists yet to try the CO section.

going to try

My son and I are going to see how far we can get in 6 weeks time. This will happen the summer of '09. We have an '07 Patrol. I think it can be done. I'm trying to find an answer to your question too, we may be the first , and that will give my 15yr. old son some thing to talk about the rest of his life. I can here him now telling his kids: Back in the day your grandpa and I did this crazy trail... It is possible to do the distance in our amount of time but as stated in other TAT stories we want to take our time and smell the roses. Our goal is to have as much fun as possible in 6 weeks and if we complete the entire 4,600 aprox. miles than that will be a bonus .

Do keep in touch.
There is a growing contingent of Ural riders in Colorado who would be interested with that ADVenture.

Not attempting to hijack just hiWalt, check your PM
