Half Dome viewing
Self with the scenic back drop....
GR kind enough top point out what we're looking at......  Demonstrating, once again, how hard it is to find sleves that fit!  GR doing the 'meh'........  Couldn't resist......   The trees are all so amazing.......... The one incredible thing I remember the most is the clean air and the smell of trees........

Very nice DP. It is incredible that this scenery is only a few hours away huh? I am even closer and do not get up there nearly enough
 (with a sister that lives in Tahoe I have no excuse.)Great RR  .

Off to find beds....
 Still working on these shots....  Here where the fatigue of all day riding comes in.......  Landed. Some 40 min or so outside of the park....Couldn't find a hotel with space anywhere........   Called in an early evening.....went to the 'saloon' for a drink and a burger. Not bad. Left everything on chargers, so no pics........ AM: Lets roll............    Ready, set..........  Away we go.............. |

Onward.......
Saw this and many like it at the gas station.......
Notice the 'welcome to the park' gas prices......   Elusive by nature, it's hard to get a clear shot of sasquatch.........  At the park entrance on the other side...   BIGFOOT!!   Stopping for some more pics. Yes. I do think my bike is cool.  to the left........  to the right........  and right smack in the middle.. Hey!! How'd that get there??!! Darned litterbugs!!!!  More water and rocks..........This place is full of 'em!!!

 Don't forget to look up!!  And down.......   Moving shot.......    Stopping for more pics..........   In the tunnel.....trying to get to some waterfalls........   And back through the tunnel beacause of traffic......Screw it...We'll find something else!!  Le money shot..... I had to piss off the road crew and stop to get this view shot........tapping the side of my helmet as if not to hear them yelling. At least they were smilling and I was on my way.......   Got to love all the trees!!   My informal bug collection......
