Okay everyone, here goes:
The front replacement mudguard is made in the UK from fresh carbon fibre and costs £90.00 (stirling) or about $130.00 plus shipping. The more observant/less demented amongst you will have seen one fitted to 'Big Ruby'...................sadly no pictures exist of the late departed 'Blue Beauty'............................ ![]() When the 1100RT was launched in '95 a company here was already making a replacement for the RS mudguard, and I simply got them to make an even longer one without the mounting hole for the speedo cable guide. It's rigid, very light and uses exactly the same mountings as OE and the small rubber flap at the bottom keeps feet dry and shit from all of the underside of the 'bike..............(for those who are allways knee-deep in it). There are no US stockists so if you'd like to e-mail me privately I'll give supplier details, so as to avoid making this look like a commercial endorsement!! ![]() ![]() ![]() 'Bye for now................. PS:That's degrees celcius..................
