Pricing going through the roof

Well the shipment arrived in Canada and the prices have gone through the roof. $345 for a sidecar screen. Looks great on the Gear-UP but the $$$$$$$. I've been told prices are up on all Ural parts etc.

UK prices are up. Blamed on £:€ rate, not sure if that's the case for Canadian $ or how it all relates to the Rouble?

Talk to Gene Langford at Holopaw Ural, I got a windshield from him for a much better price earlier this year.

Had them in stock till today when I sold that last one. Should have more in during Jan.

+1 on these folks - inexpensive, fast ship, accurate descriptions, and very pleasant to deal with - they also have the heavier 'Canadian' sidecar front bumpers in both chrome and black - just the ticket for mounting driving lights to ....

Oh, and did I mention cheap - it was less expensive to bjy from them and pay shipping then the 'local' Ural dealer, or even URAL North America in Darkest Redmond.

Canadian dollar is down about 8-10% against the rouble over the last 6 months. It seems though that most prices in Russia are going up significantly as they get more integrated into the world market. Gas and milk for instance are now practically the same price in Buguruslan as in Alberta.
