Some great vintage bike shots. Worth the visit..
Just surfing around today and found these.
I've never seen a rig like this. Circa 1910 Colorado Springs Two motorcyclists passing each other on the corner of Uintah Street and Cascade Avenue circa 1974. Men on motorcycles lined up in the street in front of Stratton & Reade Bicycles & Motorcycles. Dern's Roasting Plant is visible next door, with large "Lunch" sign over doorway. Colorado Springs around 1908. ![]() Old Colorado City 1960 Motorcycle stands at the curb in front of small building "The Hide-Out" poolhall with large "Kennedy for President - Johnson for Vice President" signs in all windows and banner in the front. Two men sitting on motortrike parked at curb with bedrolls attached and extended front. Colorado Springs 1978. All photos are from the Pikes Peak Library District/all rights reserved.. |

If you use Geico watch out. The buyout for my car was way below any objective figure (KBB, NADA, etc.). Also, I could not get in touch with anyone on the first try during a claim resolution.
