Address Book Transfer

Does anyone here know how to transfer the address book info from a mobile into the Zumo? I tried the search function but it didn't like the search terms and the ZumoForum locks my computer up every time I try to log on since they have re-hashed the site.

I'd appreciate the benefit of anyones experience here if they can help.......

i have the same issue with my 550 and my N95.
I can send contacts across but have to nudge it everytime with another contact to make the phone book appear - shits me off!

I haven't a clue Big Ted, I'll have to do some playing around I guess to see if I can figure it out for myself.

I am using a Nokia 6120 and can see the recent calls, missed calls etc but can't yet figure a way to transfer the whole address book across.
