Anyone know where to reliably get Mitas tires in Istanbul?

    Search is telling no where.

Already have emails to the 3 listed distributors.'

Riding down the Adriatic then across to the Black Sea before heading into in Istanbul. Closest I'll be to Zagreb might be Pag or Hvar?

Will be my 3rd trip through the Balkans in the last 4-years - and it wont be my last. Can't seem to get enough of the place :thumb

Balkans, rich history though very painful, mix of religions, different customs, cultures, geography, diverse nature beautie, ...

It really is something special in the Balkans, you can experience mountains, coastal roads, and mix in the between in one day. Not in Croatia, but there is also gorgeous Bosnia, and beautiful at first glance small Montenegro, which when planning can fool you big time. It's so diverse that riding more than 250-300 km/day over there seems impossible if you would like to see anything and experience the vistas and soak the atmosphere.

I do not know if you rode in Albania, but if you're into off road, then this is the place to go. Northern part of the country I call the last untouched part of the Europe, that will soon get more civilized so hurry up to experience Albanian hospitality that goes beyond the word itself.

I'm sending you a PM also :thumb

Hi mate how did you go with the tires? I'm doing a similar trip to yours and also in need to get new tires for the Africa Twin once I get to Istanbul in two weeks. Thanks. Pedro
