I figure if I head up the coast it's a two day ride and will leave Wednesday.
Anyone camping? I'm figuring on dragging my gear and finding a campground..........

I'll PM you all with directions/address a couple of weeks before.
(let me know if I got syntax wrong on your screen names, so PMs will be easy for me)

I think this large group (and more!) will be manageable enough, I know my route well,
and will have tried & true actual GPS (GPX/Garmin) tracks.
I think we'll likely split into 3-5 groups, with a leader for each,
...to keep the caravan (bikavan?) moving more efficiently.

We'll get to the KTM Rally Thursday Evening when Registration starts.
I'll have a VERY close-by forest dispersed campspot picked out,
...so we can get back there early-ish Friday morning :1drink

    Oh yeah.....

WetFest is the weekend before, and several of us plan to leave from Wenatchee on Sunday.
We'll take portions of the WABDR down to Hood River,
then get to my place early Tuesday evening for a relaxing BBQ and a campfire.
...Then We'll leave Wednesday morning for the dirty two-day trip to Bend :clap

What was wrong with last years? I was there and it was a blast. Went out with pointman for a bunch of rad rides and then hit some of the rubicon on the 990. It does not get any better than that.

What rides did you go on?

I'll be heading to the Bend on from Vancouver, BC. Thinking about taking some dirt down so if anyone is interested ping me on routes.

I'll have them organized for you just before the end of this month.
I'll send them to Questor also.

This is a big crew, we'll need at least three groups with the tracks.

This is gonna be fun :clap:freaky

You joining us from WetFest South, Ladukebob?

Sounds Great. As long as we have tracks I'm more than happy to help split into smaller groups to help things move smoother/easier.

I don't know the area, but I'm pretty good at following a GPS track and willing to help any riders that don't have a GPS or are uncomfortable following it on there own.

    See you all soon.:freaky

    Hey all,

I'm going to be taking a group up leaving Wednesday morning from Scuderia West in SF. Donnie said he'd throw some coffee and donuts our way:clap

Plan is to get as far as Burney, CA, on Wednesday. That's just north of Lassen NP. Head up through Napa, past Clearlake, east towards Chico, then into the mountains.
There is hotel and camping options in Burney.

Second day we'd head into OR, and hopefully find some good dirt roads to ride on our way to Bend.

Return trip is open, I'll probably leave in time to get to Yreaka, then finish the trip on Monday.

If you're interested, let me know, and I'll put a mailing list together.

    Cheers,

    Luca
