I would say there are several firsts here!!!! That is pretty amazing. I did not read anything about personal injury so I hope there were none. Yes indeed, this could be a fun one.:norton

no sure yet - rode it to work and it seemed ok.... im worried about the final drive. It had to have taken most of the force.

Who gets hit by a mower on Santa Monica Blvd?!!

    :huh

WOW! I saw the title of this thread and though, nah... Can't be...

    Glad you're only bruised.

I wonder if the driver was texting while mowing...

So you were sandwiched between two city employees during a accident that wasn't your fault? You're screwed-go by some lube. :lol3

P.S. I hope you get to feeling better and your final drive lives it's "normal" life span.

edit: am I seeing things or does that mower have a license plate?!?!

Well, thats one way to trim your bunghole hair.

The good news is you can sue the city for a gazillion $.

The bad news is the city is broke :cry

first thing she did was tell me lie back down.... she was pretty cool about it, she went and got me a bottle of water so I could take some Ibuprofen (hey, who doesnt carry some Advil with them these days?)

    yeah its a strange situation.

essentially Santa Monica and Vine so yeah man.... very close to you!

yeah what are the odds of that?! the final drive is my biggest worry. looks like the touratech rack took some of it but it had to have hit the rear tire first so it had to have taken the brunt of the trauma.

man between Errin owning this thing then ME..... its really gone through the ringer!

I do say that in jest. You are not the proper nationality to be suing the city. Now, if only the cop had jumped out of his car and started billy clubbing you for damaging city property as you screamed "NO MAS!", Then you'd be in buisness :thumb

Holy crap! That thing really mowed you down. :eek1 Or did it just clip you? :lol3

Seriously, though - glad you're OK and hope there's no lingering damage on you or the bike.
