I've been riding in the Laurel Springs area for 15 years (I live near Stone Mountain).

How is it possible that:
1. I didn't know about this ADV board thing until this summer.
2. I didn't know you had a get together so close to me that I should have been able to smell you.

Ah! You're the "special" type of riffraff. That works out well. As I was just now telling a colleague who was asking about my winter project plans - it takes a "special" kind of Redneck to keep a 36 foot sailboat on stands in his pasture. So I understand. I might even fit in...

A 36' sailboat in State Road is pretty special.... You go down the Yadkin much or stick with the New river?

The Yadkin. That particular boat draws about 6 feet, so I can really only run the river at flood stage. That said, the bridges are still a real bitch:
