What type of scooter is this? Is It avalible in the US?

That's a Kymco Agility City or sometimes called Agility R16, available in 50cc
2 stroke/4 stroke, 125 and 150 carb 4 stroke (9,3 and 10,5hp GY6 engine)
and the 200i with ~175cc, fuel injection and around 15hp.

Finding myself in Serranía de Cuenca, Spain

Adding some crash bars... Too many crashes already, spent too many $$$, and it's a handy place to mount the new CREE lights.

I brought the lad along to hand me my beer.
