THAT'S how it goes!

40 degrees when I left Roanoke, VA this morning. Unfortunately the roads remained wet and the temp dropped as my trip progressed. One rather wiggly bridge crossing. According to weather.com, it was supposed to be 40-ish the whole 150 mile trip. Unfortunately most of it turned out to be right near 32.

New tag:

Every town has a memorial to war, or veterans of wars, or war dead.

Those are easy to find. Instead, show us a memorial to other brave americans. Could be historical marker, if commemorating the death of an individual or group of individuals (but not grave marker).

I say... no way. Historical markers are entirely different.
