The country is Colombia not Columbia, look for companies in Medellin thats where people ship out of.. Although you didn't mention further south Buenos Aires is a great place, I was with 3 people who shipped out of there, 2 of them for New Zealand with zero problems, Santiago is also a good shipping port.
